A
DEPOSIT :
is required to secure a booking ~ this is the
1st night's stay & will be required within 5 days of receiving the
booking form
Deposit
can be by either :-
Cheque
(
payable please to Mrs Paula Williams )
to the postal address below (if we've received the on-line booking form
then there is no need to send a letter with the deposit cheque) but
please put the suite number & dates booked on the back of the
cheque
Or
by Internet Bank transfer or Telephone Banking
:
we can send you our bank details - please state on the booking
form that you would like our bank details - we will e-mail you them
with the acknowledgement of booking
If
it's a last minute stay it's also possible to simply deposit cash directly
into a bank if that might suit you.
After
sending a booking form - Please note:
You
will receive an automated copy of your
booking form almost immediately, this is so that you can check
that your stay details are correct on the booking form- if you don't
receive the automated copy of the booking form then your e-mail address
may be incorrect on the booking form which means that we will
NOT be able to get back to you to confirm the boooking ..
If
everything is ok....
We
will send you an e-mail to acknowledge safe receipt of your booking
form and to confirm your booking details,
This
e-mail will state the total cost of your stay
-
the booking is not confirmed until you receive this e-mail ..
hopefully
within 24hrs (unless
there's a computer problem ! )
BALANCE
OF PAYMENT
If
you would like to pay the balance for your stay by internet banking/bank
transfer or telephone banking - please let us know about 5 days before
arrival - cheques supported by a bankers card accepted, or cash if neither
of the above methods are used

Terms and conditions of booking
To
safeguard both parties, on longer stays, guests are requested to take
out holiday cancellation insurance similar to the one below, click here
for their website at www.cancellationplan.com
- or telephone 0870 7744056 for enquiries or immediate cover - details
and link will also be sent with your receipt & confirmation document.
Accommodation booked in advance and later shortened,or reduced in size,
may regretfully still be liable for full payment, the deposit is not
always refundable - if we are unable to re-let or if we've have to take
a smaller party in the larger suite due to short notice etc.
If
we have been able to re-let the suite on the same capacity then the
deposit will be refunded.
Total cost
of stay, or balance, are payable on the first morning of your stay,
If

As
we are primarily farm holidays - we regret that during the busier season,
advanced bookings are usually for longer stays only - but if we have
short slots available between other bookings or when we still have vacancies
at short notice then we welcome shorter stays.
Minimum
stay out of season is usually 2 nights.
You
are welcome to check for cancellations or short stay slots at any time
DOGS
We
welcome well behaved dogs - if you are bringing a pet or dog with you
